With Love from Paris

Mrs. Dalloway's Parisian adventure is coming to a close. Her fond memories from all things fleurs to fashion has fueled her creative thoughts which she will bring back to her home design studio. She very much enjoyed deepening her floral design knowledge and skills with Catherine Muller at her flower school in Paris, from French style hand tied bouquets to grand scale arrangements for events. And she loved building relationships with fellow fleuristes both in class and throughout the city. She also explored many gardens which highlighted her time there including the Bois de Boulogne, Jardin du Luxembourg, Jardins des Tuilleres, Jardin de Palais Royal, Parc Monceau, Jardin de Musée Eugène Delacroix, and Jardin de Musée Rodin, each with their own style and beauty from grand to secret gardens, and 18th century inspired to sprawling parkland with ponds.

Color and design are everywhere in Paris, not just in the fleurs! Mrs. Dalloway noticed the variety of ways they were incorporated throughout the city from the musee de Georges Pompidou to haute couture houses like Dries Van Noten, Dior and Saint Laurent to the fromogeries, poissonneries, and pâtisseries!
