Like Clarissa Dalloway, Julie Mendel Reinhard decided she would buy the flowers herself.

 

A lifelong lover of  beautiful blooms, enjoying the richness of color, texture, scent and variety, Julie’s journey into floral design started, at first, via Zoom while sheltering at home during the  COVID-19 pandemic.  After raising two sons and a career as a public-policy lawyer, Julie earned her certificate in floral design from the New York Botanical Garden, and in advanced floral design from the Flower School of New York.  Friends began asking her to create arrangements for their homes, celebrations and holidays.  She relished those opportunities, and before she knew it, a budding business blossomed.
